DO I APPLY THE HEATLESS SET TO WET OR DRY HAIR?
To achieve the best curl results - we recommend on dry hair dampened with your favorite leave in conditioner or water mist.
WHAT HAIR DOES IT WORK ON?
Designed for shoulder length to long hair. Suitable for most types including straight, wavy, fine and thick hair. Every head of hair is different, so results will naturally vary based on your hair type, texture and length.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship within New Zealand.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We have a $5 flat rate of shipping across New Zealand EXCLUDING rural addresses. Rural addresses is $10 flat rate shipping. Please select what applies to you at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods processing periods may be slightly longer
Delivery times vary by location but are generally 2–5 business days within New Zealand.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your order's journey right to your door.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
While we do our absolute best to assist with courier investigations, Swyrl is not liable for parcels lost or delayed once they have been handed to the courier.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your SWYRL Heatless Curler. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return of your items.
Items must be not be opened, worn or tampered with and in their original packaging, the same condition you received it in. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
*If you’ve changed your mind and decide to return your unused products, the shipping costs for return will not be covered by SWYRL.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at swyrlstore@gmail.com.
All items are checked upon arrival before any refund is issued. If your order does not meet these requirements, you will be liable to pay reshipment costs.
General wear and tear from regular use is not covered under this returns policy. With proper care, your SWYRL should give you long-lasting results.
